Research practitioner, analyst, and evaluator with 15 years of professional experience, mainly in conflict and post-conflict scenarios. Former aid worker and crisis management professional with developed skills in project management and coordination, monitoring, reporting and analysis. Seasoned evaluator, having conducted independent assessments for the United Nations and the European Union. PhD candidate, invited lecturer, speaker at scientific conferences and author of peer-reviewed publications. University degrees in Political Science and International Relations from the NOVA University of Lisbon (Portugal) and SciencesPo – Paris (France), and research master’s degree in International Relations from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium).

Professor at the Military University Institute and at Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (Portugal) with extensive international experience in teaching, training, and advisory. Author and co-author of 15 books and more than 100 articles in national and international scientific and non-scientific journals on topics of Security, Defence, Africa and the CPLP. Regular participation in conferences, evaluation boards, and other academic and institutional events. Master’s degree in Strategy and a PhD in International Relations from the Lisbon University.

Publications in Hungarian and international scientific platforms, CEPOL instructor and speaker at numerous scientific conferences. Over 14 years of experience in international civil crisis management, serving as a senior advisor in several international EU and UN missions.
